Dear One,

is in the doing.

There’s lots to be said

for research,

and reading

what others

have done.

There’s also

being strategic,

and plotting

and defining

large structures

and entire campaigns

before doing

any of the well,

actual doing.

Remember: experiments work.

As does changing

course mid-stream

based on data, experience

and feedback,

once the actual doing starts.

So this is me,

reminding you

that you are amazing,

and that through your

experiences, particular lens,

and good heart,

you have so much

to share with

the world.

Live long

and prosper.

I’ll be right here

as always,

cheering you on,

for I’ve always known

a good thing

when I see it.
