People,
after all, are
complex beings.
And we all
long
for love, and belonging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So what happens
when people shift
between these
informal groupings,
changing gears
from love to belonging?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For I believe that
loving someone means,
that they are
forever there,
even if only in the
darkest corner
of your heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Love changes
everything, though,
to quote an eighties pop
band, even itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What then?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So people get to
love you,
differently,
and you them.
And people
you\u2019ve loved also
get a VIP pass
to the belonging
category,
don\u2019t they?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Windows 3.1
has been
superceded by
many new versions,
and upgrades,
yet some humans
nostalgically
hanker
for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So where does
this leave
me, and my
fragile heart?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Exactly where
it should be,
me thinks:
open,
experiencing life,
