or tidy, or sugar-coated.
It\u2019s gritty, and horrible
and tender, and
real, and it
breaks
my heart
even more open,
to love you,
to keep space for
you, and your
living, and your
past and

You are richly
steeped in
beautiful experiences
and as I
meet the equally
mermerising people
from your
journey, things
will get
tricky at times,
and I will have
bouts of \u201cstilstuipe\u201d
and we will
both find the
courage and
wisdom to
take the other\u2019s
hand
and continue
to walk this crazy
path with dogs,
and coffee,
and backgammon,
and perhaps too
