the world.
What remains
of her
fire: a
few tiny

She is content
in the knowing
that
she will
rise again.
She will
pierce the sky
with roars
and fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The girl
opens her eyes,
feet finding
the floor.
Coffee,
contemplation.
The quest
of
another day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Grateful for
the opportunity
to do good,
to add beauty
to the world.
To make a
difference,
to add wonder,
to every interaction,
and hope to
every
human
she meets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is
how she
feeds her dragon.
This is how
she\u2019ll rise above
the storm.
This is
her path.

The tendrils
of smoke
