it,
there this morning:
my is-ness.
It was there,
in the quiet
so loud,
it thrummed
my ears.
It was there,
in the
air, so thick
and lush,
it stuck in
my throat.
It was there,
in the
happy wiggle butss
of my dogs,
the satisfying
crunch
of my shoes on the
stoned ground.
It was there,
in the
mountain top
views
for days.
It was there,
in the random
stranger chatter,
floating up
the path.
It was there,
in every ripple
of water
on the dam,
and as I turned
to face its wonder,
I realised that
it was in fact
always with me,
I had brought
it to this
magical place,
and that all
I really needed
to do, was be.
